Established in 1982, Coquitlam College has two campuses: the main campus in Coquitlam, near the Lougheed Town Centre Skytrain, and the satellite campus in Surrey, near the King George Skytrain Station.

Coquitlam College offers a high-quality university transfer program, which includes our Associate of Arts Degree, to over 3,500 full-time students from all nationalities within an atmosphere of scholarly integrity and cultural sensitivity. A variety of courses spanning the Arts (Social Sciences, Humanities), Business and the Sciences (Math, Sciences) allow students to complete foundation requirements for university degree completion in British Columbia.


They were one of the first two private institutions to be part of the BC Transfer System, and their courses continue to transfer to BC research universities and to other post-secondary institutions.

Coquitlam General Admission

If English is not your first language, you must have one of the following for direct entry (minimum score):

- TOEFL IBT of 86 or 230 computer based score
- A TOEFL score of at least 570 (paper based score) or 230 (computer based score)
- A CAEL score of at least 60
- A minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS with 6.0 on the writing component
- An overall score of 60 on PTE with 60 on the writing component
- OR, a [Duolingo English Test](https://englishtest.duolingo.com/applicants) with a score of 90-104 and 105 and above

If you do not have any of the above scores, you may be required to write the Coquitlam College English Proficiency Test for University Transfer/Associate Degree placement.
