It is intended for students interested in a HR oriented career who have completed a Human Resource Management certificate. The  Human Resource Management Diploma is perfect for individuals who want to better understand employment relationships, improve a corporate culture, increase employee productivity, and create great places to work. You will create performance management policies, employee compensation packages, hiring selection criteria, and employee onboarding and retention programs, and undertake a Business Consulting Project in your final term. Graduates can immediately apply their human resource skills in numerous industries. Upon graduation, you'll have a strong foundation in all areas of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, labour relations and performance management. You'll be equipped for positions like labour relations advisor, corporate recruiter, human resource coordinator, HR consultant, and more. 

Human Resource Management: Diploma

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management is designed for a student that has completed a recognized bachelor’s degree, with a Canadian equivalent GPA of 2.33, and is looking to build a foundation of formal human resource management knowledge, competence and business acumen. The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management is offered with a Co-operative Education option. This option requires an additional 10 credits of Co-operative Education courses.
