The Business Administration Diploma, Accounting Option prepares you for a career within business or government in an accounting capacity. The Accounting Diploma can be completed either full-time or part-time and is available both completely online and in-class. This program has a focus on sustainability, preparing you to be competitive in the changing business landscape. Upon completion of the Accounting Diploma, you are eligible to take advantage of block transfer agreements the College has with many other Canadian colleges and universities. Transfer is available to most Canadian post-secondary institutions on a case-by-case basis. You can also enter directly into Year 3 of the Bachelor of Business Administration in Sustainable Business Practices degree program at College of the Rockies.

The Accounting Certificate provides a concentrated study of accounting subjects and will prepare you for entry-level positions, such as company bookkeeper, and will enable you to assist your organization with financial record keeping and budgeting needs. The Accounting Management Diploma offers classes in accounting, communications, computing science, economics, finance and marketing. You’ll get to practise with QuickBooks, Excel, data analytics and Sage 50 Accounting software. Once you graduate, you will be equipped to take on junior management positions, including managing a firm's financial, general or cost accounting areas, accounting information systems, or financial management practices, in small to medium-sized firms.

The Accounting Certificate prepares you for entry-level bookkeeping and accounting positions in the work force, or to pursue an Accounting Diploma. The Certificate program includes an intense concentration of introductory and intermediate courses in financial and management accounting, one course in math, one course in finance, and two courses in tax.
